Hi cheri welcome to the forum i have seen so many complaints on many of the forums on ta about 3rd party booking sites.

Book it vip reviews. After book vip secured the total amount for the vacation package i was informed that i was not eligible for the 500 activity credit because i was traveling in 2021 not 2020. We had a great time to be honest. It s taking alot of phone calls and persistent nagging.

I never thought i would need to fight for my money back. I m definitely a camper. Bookit is fighting the charge back.

The ease of booking was excellent. I spoke with a rep who was very rude as i tried to book my trip after waiting 3 hours for someone to pick up. I would never go through this company ever again.

She was told we could get the same deal as they. The sakes presentation at the resort was too long 3 1 2 hours. I will get my money back.

No where on their promotional advertisement mentioned that i had a certain time to travel to secure my promised 500 activity credit. Thank you erika for the great 4 star customer review. Only problem was we ended up paying 130 00 more for our package than my sister in law.
